All products remain CINCO's property until a full payment is made. The price applicable is the one set on the date which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have a permission from an adult to buy on CINCO.

We ship worldwide. Your order will be dispatched within 1 business day unless you are buying something in pre-order. In that case, we will hold the other items so we can send the complete order together. You may request multiple shipments in this scenario to receive your other items sooner by contacting us at email@example.com.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. The average transit times are 1-5 week days depending of the destination (please consider extra time for your customs check and don't forget that if you choose an article in pre-order, this time frame starts only after shipment).

You can cancel any order if you send a email to firstname.lastname@example.org until one hour after you made the order. Just send us an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, the products will be delivered to you, which you will need to refuse upon receipt. The products will be returned to us and your money will be refunded (only after we receive them).
