Every day we receive many emails from customers — some with questions, others with messages that truly make our day. Over time, we noticed that certain topics come up again and again. For that reason, we thought it would be helpful to bring together some of the most frequently asked questions here.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually shipped on the next business day. However, there are a few exceptions:
Engraved pieces
Engraved items take an average of six working days to be prepared. These pieces are made especially for each customer and are personalized according to the requested engraving.Pre-order items
Pre-order products are not currently in stock but will be available soon. The estimated shipping date is always shown on the product page. On that date, all pre-orders are shipped in the order in which they were placed.Made-to-order gold pieces
Some gold pieces are produced especially for each order. When this is the case, the product page will indicate that the piece is made to order, and the expected shipping time is up to four weeks.
Does the gold plating last forever?
The honest answer is no. Over time, the shine and color of gold plating naturally fade. Certain factors can accelerate this process, including humidity, perfumes, body creams, sweat and frequent contact with water.
To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend storing your pieces in a dry place and away from humidity, ideally inside a jewelry pouch or box.
If the plating eventually wears down, you can always contact us by email or through the form available on our website and we will help you with the available solutions.
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible under certain conditions. Items that have been engraved or modified cannot be returned. Returns are also not accepted for purchases made after the maximum return period stated in our policy.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us and we will explain the available options. Return shipping and handling services may apply and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
My earring doesn’t close properly. What should I do?
Silver is a very malleable metal, which means that with use the post of an earring may occasionally move slightly out of position. When this happens, the clasp may stop clicking into place as securely as before.
In most cases the issue is simple to resolve. Contact us and we will guide you through the steps to adjust it. If the problem persists, we can provide technical support and arrange for your earrings to be repaired.

Can I request changes to a jewelry design?
In general, it is not possible to modify the design of our pieces. However, in some situations we may be able to accommodate small adjustments, such as shortening a chain or bracelet.
If you have a specific request, feel free to contact us and we will let you know whether the modification is possible.
