This regulation establishes the rules for participating in the Giveaway CINCO competition, organized by Furtado e Pereira, LDA. with headquarters at Rua da Casa Branca 97 3030-097 Coimbra, with legal person number 515204323.

1.CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST

The "GIVEAWAY CINCO" contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is a promotional activity organized by Furtado e Pereira, LDA (CINCO) with the aim of offering 1 (one) HAZE 18K DIAMOND necklace, 5 (five) TINA WRAPPED EARRINGS and 15% discount vouchers to all participants who follow the participation instructions on CINCO's Instagram account until October 14 at 23:59:59h, and the winners will be announced on October 15. 

2. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

a) Participants must be at least 18 years old;

b) Those who are partners, directors, employees, service providers or collaborators of Furtado e Pereira, lda (CINCO) will not be admitted to the competition.

a) For the purposes of the draw, only comments that mention personal Instagram accounts will be considered.

b) Participants may enter only one valid participation by instagram account.

c) The winners will be selected and announced on October 15th, in a Real Time Live via Google's random number generator. 

d) The draw will be based on the ordering of the Google Sheets form, carried out in Google Forms.

e) Any third party report of a fake profile will void the entry.

f) By participating, the user automatically accepts all the terms and conditions of these rules.

4. THE PRIZES

1st prize for 1 winner: A GOLD AND DIAMOND NECKLACE - haze necklace.

2nd prize for 5 winners: A pair of tina wrapped earrings.

3rd prizes: for all participants - discount coupons for 15% off at Cinco Store.

a) Prizes cannot be substituted for other items or cash.

b) Winners will be contacted by CINCO to arrange delivery of prizes.

5. LIABILITY

a) Furtado e Pereira, lda (CINCO) may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cancel or suspend the current contest at any time for any reason whatsoever, without any obligation to compensate or indemnify any participant in any way.

b) All the content provided by the participants within the framework of this contest is their sole responsibility, and Furtado e Pereira, lda (CINCO) shall not be held liable under any circumstances for said content, as well as for any damage caused by it, especially to the image, reputation and/or good name of third parties.

c) Furtado e Pereira, lda (CINCO) shall not be held responsible for the use of any content that may be protected by copyright in the context of the competition, and the use of such content shall be the sole responsibility of the participants.

6. PERSONAL DATA

a) The personal data collected through this contest will be processed by Furtado e Pereira, lda (CINCO).

b) By participating in the contest, participants give their consent for their personal data to be processed by Furtado e Pereira, lda (CINCO). The sole purpose of the data processing carried out within the framework of the contest is to manage the participation in the contest, namely for the purpose of awarding and delivering the prize.

c) Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation, as well as revoke their consent to the processing of their data by sending an e-mail to customer@cinco-store.com. If consent is revoked before the winner is selected, the participant will not be considered for the prize draw (as the data collected is essential for participation).

d) Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in Portugal the National Data Protection Agency.

e) The provision of the data requested in the context of this contest is an indispensable condition for participation.

f) The omission or inaccuracy of the data provided by the holder shall be the sole and entire responsibility of the holder, who shall automatically forfeit his/her participation in the competition and the consequent possibility of being awarded a prize, without any compensation being due.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

a) Participants expressly authorize Furtado e Pereira, lda (CINCO) to freely use all the content they provide as part of their participation, namely to reproduce and/or display any videos, images and/or phrases authored by the participants in any communication, advertising and/or promotional activity aimed at publicizing the initiatives organized by Furtado e Pereira, lda. (CINCO), without Furtado e Pereira, lda (CINCO) being liable for any remuneration, consideration or compensation of any kind.

b) The participant acknowledges and accepts that his participation is voluntary and expressly and irrevocably transfers to Furtado e Pereira, lda (CINCO) the rights to the content sent within the framework of the competition, this license being perpetual and free of charge.

c) Furtado e Pereira, lda (CINCO) will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement or other illegal acts committed by the participants in the context of the contest.

8. CHANGES TO THE RULES

a) Furtado e Pereira, lda (CINCO) reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the terms and conditions of these rules, as well as the terms and conditions of the specific rules of the promotions it organizes.

b) Any changes made by Furtado e Pereira, lda (CINCO) to the regulations will come into force immediately after their publication.

9. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

For the resolution of any dispute arising from the execution, non-execution, non-compliance, interpretation or integration of these Regulations, or arising from the execution of the Contest, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Courts and Tribunals of the District of Coimbra will be competent, expressly waiving any other.
