What are delivery timeline?
Shipping timelines indicated below, are approximate. This does not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).
Expect delivery between 9am-5pm, monday to friday.
Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart.
The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.

What are the shipping fees?
At CINCO, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched with express shipping and full tracking — so your pieces arrive safely, wherever you are. Shipping fees and thresholds may be subject to temporary adjustments during promotional campaigns.

What means pre order delivery?
It means we will hold the other items so we can ship the complete order together.
you can place an order that includes both pre-order and in-stock products. in-stock products will ship according to the pre-order shipping time. however, depending on availability, you may receive your products separately.y.
Who are your delivery partners?
Depending on your location, the courier service that delivers your order may differ to the delivery partner who collects your return.
DHL / UPS / NACEX
our shipping partners, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL on demand delivery (ODD). whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day or remove the signature requirement, ODD makes it easy for you.
once your order has left us and is with our shipping partners, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. if ODD is available in your location, this message will also contain a link to the DHL website. all you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.
here’s a few options you can select to customize your delivery:
— schedule your delivery
if your estimated delivery date doesn’t suit, you have the option to select another date within 5 working days.
where available, you’ll also be able to select a timed window to receive your order.
— signature release
if you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement. please note that if you choose to remove this, CINCO (furtado & pereira, lda) and our shipping partners cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
— leave with neighbour
request for your order to be left with your neighbour by providing DHL with their house number and any further instructions. Please note that if you select this option, CINCO (furtado & pereira, lda) and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
— collection from our shipping partners service point
if you won’t be in for your delivery, you can choose to pick this up from our shipping partners service point.
our shipping partners ODD will show you the nearest service points, so you can select which one works best for you. they’ll then contact you to let you know when it’s ready to collect and how long you have to pick up your delivery. please note that if the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it’ll be sent back to the our shipping partners depot.
to collect your parcel from our shipping partners Service Point you’ll need to bring two forms of ID:
- a photographic ID (e.g. passport or driving license)
- your email/SMS notification from DHL
— vacation hold
still on vacation? you can request our shipping partners to hold your delivery for up to 30 calendar days for you. where available, you’ll also be able to select a timed window to receive your delivery.
NACEX
our shipping partner, NACEX, will deliver your order the next day (from 9am to 7pm on weekdays). once your order has left us and is with NACEX, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect delivery.
here are some options you can choose to customize your delivery:
— change the date or time of delivery
if your estimated delivery date doesn't work, please contact NACEX by email or phone (800 200 077) to arrange the best time for you.
— allow someone else to receive your order
the shipment may be picked up by someone other than the person for whom it was intended, as long as a signed release is available from the recipient. please note that if you choose this, CINCO (furtado & pereira, lda) and NACEX cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
— pick up at a NACEX service center
if you won't be available to collect your order, you can arrange to collect it from a NACEX service centre. please see the list here.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number and details via email. delivery is made monday through friday during business hours.
Do you have any shipping restrictions?
At this moment we are unable to ship to switzerland, russia, belarus, india, israel, and brazil due to customs restrictions.
As we are unable to ship to certain areas, we suggest you select another shipping destination or contact our customer support to help you find an alternative purchase.
Will I pay customs fees?
Deliveries outside of Portugal, European Union, US and United Kingdom may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that CINCO does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. CINCO is not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Outside the European Union, your jewelry purchase may be subject to customs delays that neither we nor our shipping partner can mitigate.
However, no duties or taxes will apply to orders delivered to countries within the european union and the united kingdom.
